Maple Fest Brunch

dynamic_resizeCome hungry, leave happy. Our all-you-can-eat self-serve brunch buffet features 15 traditional items from our family recipe book. All items are home made using farm-grown or locally sourced ingredients.

Brunch is served in a rustic cabin in the heart of our sugar bush. In the spirit of the sugar shack, after loading up your plate, you’ll enjoy your meal at a long communal table, giving you ample opportunity to meet some new friends.
Our season typically runs from the late February to mid-April.

Saturday and Sunday Brunch 9-3, with last seating at 2 pm
Weekdays: Sugar bush tours and brunch available during the week by special arrangement. Please contact us to reserve your private visit.

Please note, admission to the farm is not included in the cost of brunch.

Similar to wine tastings, maple syrup connoisseurs use a specialized vocabulary to describe the syrup’s flavour, aroma, and bouquet. They identify subtle woody or vanilla flavours, or the presence of herbs or fruit flavours specific to the growing region. Lighter coloured syrup has a less intense flavour while the darkest coloured syrup is the strongest in flavour.
